One year for my birthday, I was going to dinner and a Dolly Parton concert with my parents. We had an extra ticket, so on a lark, I invited a guy I'd met a couple weeks before at a fundraiser. In the invite I told him it was actually the perfect first date, because in one night he'd learn why I was the way I am. He actually accepted. Oh wait, that turned out to be the best date ever. There are bad matches, but I don't believe in bad dates if you have the right attitude.
