What do you like best about yourself?
Physically: my smile and legs. Intangibles: I'm loyal, compassionate, honest and kind. I also love to laugh.
What's your idea of a perfect first date?
Taking a one-time cooking class together and making up our own rules halfway through. (I'm not a very good cook.) Talking about things as serious as reality TV (I'm a sucker) and as intimate as where we grew up, what shaped us to be who we are.
What's the worst date you've ever had?
I foolishly let my friend set me up with someone in Lafayette, IN. I was young and stupid, what can I say?
When I got there, and he opened the door, I knew immediately I wasn't attracted to him. What to do? We went on the date and back to his place, where we watched Annie Hall, and he made his move. He was a TERRIBLE kisser. Ick.
Number one dealbreaker
Close-mindedness.
Which is more important, romantic spark or longterm compatibility?
I've found that too big of a romantic spark at the beginning is like lighting a stick of dynamite--it generally tends to have disastrous results for me. That said, I definitely want there to be some sexual attraction going on!
Complete this sentence: If you're going to date me, you have to love to...
Cook if you want a decent homemade meal.
Secret talent
You definitely want me for your partner when playing Taboo, Catchphrase, Buzz Word, or other word-based board games.
Ideal match
An emotionally available human being. Someone around 5-10 years my age, who doesn't do drugs and drinks socially. A liberal to whom the words "socialist" or "feminist" are neither scary or dirty words. Someone willing to indulge my idiosyncrasies (I love bees and miniature things and I'm sort of weird sometimes).
