What makes you a good catch?
I'm both sides of the coin: country mouse/city mouse; runner and cyclist/impoverished bon vivant; DIY/let's-get-out-here-and-go-someplace-NICE; intelligent, educated/crass; cultured/um, crass. I've sometimes fantasized that I could be Mrs. Ramsay, running across the lawn in my evening gown and galoshes. (I could not be, not least because I own neither.) Also, none of my anecdotes are about TV.
What’s your idea of a perfect first date?
Conversation that takes off effortlessly like a bird. A witty bird.
Favorite hangout
On a Sunday night? Mayan Palace. Margaritas are a bigger part of church life than you'd think from the outside looking in.
Secret talent
I can drive oxen.

Name one thing a date could do that would make you go crazy (in a good way).
It's the little things: If he's intuitive enough to know when he should or shouldn't leave his hand on my arm a moment too long, sha-zam.
Name one thing a date could do that would make you go crazy (in a bad way).
Introduction of a philosophical concept with the phrase, "Now HERE's something interesting..."
