For an independent middle class Chicagoan such as myself i find this place to become a part of my survival, the fact that I can get most of necessaries for a price that's not only amazingly cheap but also the quality of the goods last Me no different from something newer. Not to mention the social setting it places around the environment makes shopping here much more fun than it already is and I hope it stays the same forever.

Absolutely the best place to go shopping for everybody, every age group, races and student. Affordable prices for quality stuff. I love shopping here. It's my number one stop.

come listen to timeless classical music as you sift thru treasures of many past epochs of time : )

This resale shop is one of a kind. My husband and I had a wedding on a budget, they helped us source amazing vintage finds for our day, we furnished our apartment and donated regularly. We recently moved and I miss this place so much!!

I always find great things here and the owner is a great guy too. Very helpful staff.

I was looking to do some thrifting while I was back in the city, and what a gem this place is. I got out with a big bag of books, some cassettes and a couple sweaters for like 10 bucks. And were not talking about some bottom of the barrell items here! Ill definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

i usually shop here when this weird lady isnt there. every time i make a great find she follows me around and comment on the item like she really wants it. she wont give me a set price until i get to the register and out-prices it out my hands! next time im gonna tell her to back off! Also the old guy is a jerk when it comes to pricing, you are suposed to negotiate but he gives you a hard time. its not fun if you dont shop these places with a great deal! most stuff in here is waaaaayyyyyyyyy over priced especially the furniture. best to go to Unique or salvation army on half off days. oh and its creep in the back...like a mouse will pop out any minute!
