Restoration Hardware's brand new Chicago showroom isn't your average furniture destination. No, it's located in the historic 70,000-square-foot Three Arts Club. The building, which is a designated Chicago Landmark, boasts six stories, including floors dedicated to RH's new modern collection and contemporary art, as well as a floor exclusively for baby, child and teen furnishings. Then there's the rooftop park, enclosed year-round courtyard, cafe and wine bar, which was opened in partnership with restaurateur Brendan Sodikoff. Oh, and the cherry on top—complimentary valet parking.
