Known for its California-casual attire, Splendid has opened its first stand-alone store in the city. When we stopped by the new Southport location, we fell in love with the colorful maxi dresses; long-sleeve, easy-to-layer tops; and amazingly chic handbags. The bright and airy boutique also sells shoes, jackets and more. If you have little ones, don't bypass the stylish kid selection.
