Volumes Bookcafe

There's a new concept coming to Wicker Park: a half coffee shop, half bookstore hybrid called Volumes Bookcafe. This brainchild of fellow Wicker Park resident Rebecca George is almost ready to open to the public (pending a few sluggish city approvals). Unlike other Wicker Park book veterans, this caffeine/literary hub will focus primarily on selling new books. In addition to coffee, the shop will also serve a variety of local beer and wine. Whether you're looking to knock out some work, refuel with a latte, catch up over a glass of wine or snag the newest "it" title, this will soon be your go-to place.
