This Edgewater spa is mostly dedicated to spot- and hard-to-find massages focusing on the head, face and neck. The resident therapist practices a West Coast technique, beginning on your belly and massaging neck and appendages before turning you over to focus on face, feet, torso and, finally, back. It’s a nice change of pace. Nicer still is the bowl of eucalyptus water strategically placed on the floor so you can inhale the sinus-opening vapors. During the evening, the place is transformed into a studio for belly dancing, group meditations and yoga classes. Don’t leave without buying Cherie Bianco’s homemade all-natural soaps, scrubs and creams.
