Time Out says

Every summer, local organization Hope for the Day organizes a one-mile race through Humboldt Park that raises money for its proactive suicide prevention programs. Participants can join one of three heats, sprinting through the park in an effort to shave a few precious seconds off of their one-mile times. Those who pre-register for the race will recieve a Nike shirt, and everyone who attends will have access to Dark Matter coffee, beverages and food truck grub after the run.
