When Global Yoga opened in 1996, it was one of a mere handful of studios operating in the city. The name reflects a desire to include and integrate as many styles as there are good instructors to teach them. Big windows overlook a bucolic scene and specialties include all styles of hatha, vinyasa-flow, white-lotus–flow, prenatal and mom-and-baby yoga.
