Hyde Park residents have embraced this yoga studio and its eclectic class offerings. Evening and weekend classes include Hatha yoga (geared for beginners), stretching, rest and relaxation yoga, plus several sculpting classes for the legs, arms and full-body. The one-room space isn't fancy, with pale green walls, a small fountain and mirrors with inspirational messages scrawled across them. But the lack of frills (and locker rooms) hasn't kept the 'hoodies away...you'll find plenty of students, young professionals and other patrons ducking into the simple space for their fitness fix. The instructors are top-notch and deliver a great workout at a low price (classes are $8 each, or $65 for 10).
