First Look Repertory of New Work

The lineup of Steppenwolf Theatre Company's ninth annual First Look Repertory of New Work includes three new plays in rotation this summer. Tanya Saracho's dramedy Hushabye explores the ups and downs of a family dynamic in the face of tragedies. Martyna Majok's Ironbound is an eye-opening discussion of one Polish immigrant's past relationships, and how she will move forward in love. Joshua Conkel's Okay, Bye chronicles a new friendship budding between two old high school classmates after reuniting at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.
