Time Out says

Minneapolis's In the Heart of the Beast Theatre takes Dar Williams's song "Mortal City," from her 1996 album of the same name, as inspiration for this puppet-infused "poem of a city" set during an ice storm. It's presented as part of the first Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival.
