Time Out says
The annual Art Institute Block Party returns, encouraging visitors to explore the beloved museum while taking part in activities, watching performances and discovering new ways to experience art. Throughout the day, the Art Institute will be offering behind the scenes tours, performances from the likes of Sones de México Ensemble and Mucca Pazza, art-making classes and talks with art experts. The day will be capped off with a concert headlined by local singer-songwriter Jamila Woods (but you'll need to purchase a separate ticket if you want to attend).
