Time Out says

It would be an understatement to say that this State Street mall has had some ups and downs (mostly downs, such as being on the brink of foreclosure), but the shopping center finally opened for business in December 2009. Steve Madden, Zara, Puma and Anthropologie are among the chain tenants, but also expect local stores such as Claudia Kleiner Malabar and Michelle Tan.

Address: 108 N State St

Cross street: at Randolph St
Transport: El stop: Blue to Washington, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple (rush hrs) to State/Lake, Red to Lake.

The selection in this mall always seems random to me, but it offers a better variety than Watertower (I think). The top floor has a movie theater with reclining chairs and it's much better than seeing a movie at the Roosevelt Collection. Latinicity is better than a typical mall food court, and the redline is connected to the bottom level. Check it out! State Street itself offers a ton of reasonably priced shops as well.

It's a one stop shop block. Food, movies, and shopping. Can't wait to see what other stores and restaurants they add. I've been here 3x's and each time I've been in for one particular place and ended up buying at another store as well. It's located on state street which itself is another shopping central. Check it out. I promise you won't regret it. It's a mini shopping mall!
