Kick off the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse with a dumpling-making dinner hosted by the Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute. The event will include storytelling, lion dances, dumpling making and a sumptuous feast. Tickets are $55 and the festivities will take place at Hing Kee on February 14–15 and 21–22.
