If there's an adult version of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory, we're pretty sure it would look something like Eataly Chicago's SpringFest. The all-inclusive event, which returns this year for the first time since 2019, allows guests to take over the bi-level store and enjoy unlimited food and booze—from pizza and pasta to wine and Italian spirits—for a night of epic Italian-centric celebration.
Throughout the evening, Eataly chefs will prepare signature dishes like Neapolitan-style pizzas, handmade pastas, cheese and artisanal meat platters and more Italian delights. Wash down your bites with cocktails, regional Italian wines, beer and other aperitifs, with experts on hand to offer pairing suggestions if you need some tips; once you've had your fill of chianti and salumi, bust a move to music from the live band. One more thing: This year's event theme is "La Dolce Vita" (which means "the sweet life" in Italian), so don your best Fellini-inspired garb for a chance to win a best dressed award. Salute!
