House of Torment

The suburbs get even scarier this fall, with two attraction themes awaiting you in the House of Torment Chicago. You'll encounter demented high school students and zombie cheerleaders in Nightmare High, and a gang of clown killers chasing you through the streets of Morton Grove in The Frenzy. On November 4th and 5th, you can participate in the blackout event, which allows you to walk through both attractions with only a glowstick to light the way.

After going to few (few being 4) my Haunt enthusiast group and I went to House of Torment Chicago and we were amazed. The attention to detail in the rooms is incredible, the actors energy never ran out, although they could use a few more actors. The two houses gave very different themes and they are both creepy but interesting. The customer service was great from the parking lot area to the box office to the ticket takers. They were helpful and all had a smile. All the employees there took great pride in their haunted house and it shows in every aspect. This haunt will be on the top of our Halloween season to do list next year and many more.
