The organizers of the Chicago Japanese Matsuri present a new one-day beverage-focused event, serving sake, shōchū and plum wine. As usual, the Japanese Culture Center will program an afternoon of live entertainment and Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya will have plenty of snacks available for purchase. Admission is free, put you'll need to snag drink tickets to exchange for beverage samples.
