Time Out says

Located above neighborhood mainstays like Lula Cafe and Billy Sunday, the Logan Square Auditorium takes up residence in a former ballroom that was built in 1915. While the room still looks much like it did a century ago, its owners have outfitted the space with a new sound system (no victrolas here) and a full bar. When it's not being rented out for weddings and private events, Logan Square Auditorium hosts concerts and festivals.
