From drag queens to kids to pets, this annual Boystown event inspires some of the most stunning costumes in Chicago. The parade runs down Halsted, from Belmont to Addison.
Can I march in the Northalsted Halloween parade?
Marching in and attending the parade is free, but you'll have to register here if you want to march or perform in the parade.
