Head to Plumber's Union Hall in the West Loop to sample tavern, Detroit, deep dish, stuffed, Sicilian, Roman, Neapolitan, New York and artisan-style pies served by 40 pizzerias from Chicago and beyond, including iconic restaurants like Vito & Nick's and Lou Malnati's as well as newer operations such as Pizza Friendly Pizza and Alla Vita. Want to learn more about the history and craft of pizza-making? Don't miss out on in-depth panels featuring guests like Modernist Pizza cookbook author Francisco Migoya, Chris Bianco (Pizzeria Bianco, Phoenix), Laura Meyer (Capo's, San Francisco) and more.
