How are you celebrating Poetry Day? Chicago's Poetry Foundation has you covered with a virtual event devoted to the 31st anniversary of the Ruth Lilly and Dorothy Sargent Rosenberg Poetry Fellowships. Tune in from your couch (slippers encouraged) to catch a reading and Q&A with 2020 fellows Luther Hughes, Cyrée Jarelle Johnson, Darius Simpson and Khaty Xiong. You'll hear from some of today’s rising poets on Poetry Day, which was inaugurated by Robert Frost in 1955.

And get this: The Poetry Foundation's events are completely free of charge and open to the public. This reading will include live captioning. If you require any other accessibility measures, please contact events@poetryfoundation.org.
