Whether you like your winters mild or snowpocalyptic, the Rock Bottom Brewery rooftop will be offering samples of strong winter ales from the state's best breweries at the sixth annual Polar Beer Festival. Admission also includes a complimentary commemorative glass and appetizer buffet. Proceeds benefit the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild.
