Power of the Party: Chicago House and Nick Cave

The DuSable Museum joins forces with the Museum of Contemporary Art for this discussion centered on the intersection of Chicago House music and the work of hometown artist Nick Cave, whose work is currently on view at the MCA's "Nick Cave: Forothermore" exhibition. During the talk, performer and historian Meida Teresa McNeal (who contributed to the "Forothermore" catalog) will be joined by DJ Lori Branch to chat about the ties between the music scene and Cave's work, with an introduction and Q&A moderation by DJ Wayne Williams.
