In this time of social distancing, Split-Rail's executive chef and owner Zoe Schor is doing the next best thing: hosting a live cooking demo to help you create a three-course meal using some of her favorite recipes. In this 90-minute class, you'll whip up chilled asparagus with a soft-boiled egg, seared salmon with cauliflower couscous and a cookies and cream panna cotta. Each ticket includes access to the live-streamed class as well as a PDF booklet with step-by-step cooking instructions for the meal.
