Rick Bayless's Das Bueno Oktoberfest

Rick Bayless’s West Loop brewery, Cruz Blanca, is throwing down for Oktoberfest. A Mexican-style brewery celebrating Oktoberfest isn’t as strange as you may think: Germany introduced their signature lager to Mexico in the 19^th century, and it’s now the basis for Mexico’s robust (and delicious) beer culture. Throw back a La Fournette bretzel, West Loop Salumi sausage sticks, Rick Bayless’ Oktoberfest taco and Cruz Blanca’s Oktoberfest Vienna Lager and Das Bueno Dopplebock.
