Time Out says

Frank Lloyd Wright called this Hyde Park home “the cornerstone of modern architecture.” Though it fell into disrepair and was slated for demolition on more than one occasion, it’s now in the midst of an extensive restoration. One of the last buildings conceived in Wright’s Oak Park studio, it’s considered a prime example of the Prairie style.
