There'll be no wastin' away in this Margaritaville (er...Margaritatown) when Saint Lou's Assembly transforms into an island-themed getaway for the weekend in honor of National Margarita Day on February 22. You'll be able to order a margarita, of course—options range from the standard salt-rim to a massive Papi Grande margarita for two—but the weekend's special menu also includes other Jimmy Buffet-inspired fare, like coconut shrimp and a cheeseburger complete with smoky red onions and homemade bread-and-butter pickles. Don't forget to dig that dusty old Tommy Bahama shirt out of your closet so you can fit in with restaurant's tiki decor.
