The Chef Paddle Battle at SPIN

Chicago chefs trade in their knives for ping pong paddles to benefit Culinary Care, a Chicago-based non-profit delivering free restaurant-prepared meals to cancer patients undergoing treatment at local hospitals. Over 30 of the city’s best chefs will compete in a winner-take-all tournament while spectators enjoy a host of food and beverage options. Participants will include Art Smith, Brian Jupiter, Lamar Moore, Diana Dávila, Thai Dang, Stephen Gillanders and more.
