Named for the fabled group of high school stoners who snuck out of class to find some weed at 4:20pm, this annual cannabis-themed street festival—which returns to Chicago for the first time since recreational weed was legalized in Illinois—provides munchies and music in addition to opportunities to learn more about marijuana. While you won't be able to puff a joint on the street, you can smoke some green at home before arriving in Andersonville, where rapper Junglepussy, violinist-singer Sudan Archives and RuPaul's Drag Race alum Shea Couleé will provide headlining performances. It's free to attend, but consider tossing in a donation to the Cannabis Equity Fund, which supports groups working for social change.
