A chance meeting at a dinner party (and an Instagram DM) brought Phillipe Sobon and Cynthia Orobio together in 2019, eventually resulting in a restaurant concept that combines their respective Polish and Colombian heritages. During this class, Chef Phillipe will walk you through how to make two of the kitchen's most popular dishes: emparogi and gnocchi. The ticket includes the hands-on class, a taste of each dish and recipe cards to create the dishes at home.
