FX's Archer returns for another season of animated espionage and this year, they're starting things of big with the three-part series, "Heart of Archness."

Last year ended with Archer's (H. Jon Benjamin) Russian bride-to-be gunned down just before the couple exchanged vows. After this traumatic event, Archer disappeared, leaving Malory (Jessica Walter) and the rest of the ISIS crew hunting for him. Months of searching have turned up no results, causing Archer's mother to employ manhunter Rip Riley (Patrick Warburton), a former ISIS agent. Riley has already tracked down Archer, currently working as a bartender at a resort in French Polynesia, bedding newlyweds on their honeymoon in his free time. The trouble is Archer doesn't want to go back and in his attempts to get free of Riley, he winds up landing them both in the hands of Malaysian pirates.

The "Heart of Archness" has everything we've come to expect from classic Archer: guns, partying and Archer being a perfect idiot, plus some great guest voice spots from Warburton and David Cross. It's good to have the ISIS team back.

Archer's third season premieres Thursday 9:30pm on FX.
