Energy Walk

This free walking tour meets in Humboldt Park before take participants to Lockport where they will travel between the Citgo Refinery, the Sanitary Canal, the railroad tracks and the vestiges of the I&M Canal. The walk explores the refinery, the Will Country Electric Generating Station and the relation between the corridor and the Des Plaines River. Carpools will be provided between sites.
