Finnish photographer Arno Rafael Minkkinen’s 'Taivaanranta' ('Firmament') is a series of nude self-portraits taken outdoors. It's a lot more, er, artful than it sounds. Minkkinen’s body becomes a part of the natural landscape, its rhythms and contours merge with the Scandinavian wilderness. The result is a series of beautifully surreal black and white compositions. The exhibition's highlight is a collection of photographs taken during a trip to Croatia, premiered here. Minkkinen teaches a free workshop on 9 December called 'Gravity Sleeps - The Magic of Photography', held in Gorgona Hall.
