With a modern building tastefully incorporated into the old city wall, this rebranded hotel has the most central location in town. On the site of a former four star, this is only a three-star, but they still provide a swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym, an impressive number of beauty treatments and massages, a restaurant and two bars. And they still have close to 140 rooms, renovated in 2004 with most contemporary fittings you could wish for, plus air-conditioning. Come to think of it, you may not miss the star at all – or much of the action in Rab’s Old Town right on your doorstep.
