3km from Biograd, in the picturesque village of St. Filip and Jakov, is the Hotel Villa Donat. This area was popular as a summer getaway for Zadar nobility in times gone by; some gardens still remain and are looked after. Hotel Villa Donat is comprised of both a main villa and an additional annexe with rooms but no reception, and is set on the Dalmatian waterfront near a number of scenic old inns and buildings.
