A lovely little place this, its loggia-style restaurant terrace lapped by a relatively secluded stretch of the Adriatic, below the balconies of each of its neat rooms. The half-board rates on offer at Riva are absolute bargains, out of season, when the only sound you will hear is the occasional fishing boat. Ask about weekly rates, too – sometimes they offer seven nights for six. It’s a short stroll downhill from the Zvijezda Mora bar right by the southbound Brist bus stop, an easy beach walk from Gradac.
