Time Out says

Founded in the market town of Samobor by private collector Veljko Marton in 2003, this museum of porcelain and furniture opened this new branch in Zagreb's Upper Town in March 2011. The display constitutes a rich and varied assemblage of crockery and glassware, with major historical producers such as Meissen and Sevres well represented. The museum is housed in the 18th-century Kulmer Palace, which played host to the Museum of Contemporary Art (see below) before its move to new premises south of the river.
