The great American singer Tina Turner, who has just passed away at the age of 83, is currently being honoured around the world. Known for her great songs River Deep, Mountain High and the self-penned Nutbush City Limits, the Tennessee-born star revived her career in the 1980s with a string of hits and sell-out tours.
