The 11th edition of Croatia's largest tourism fair, Place2Go, takes place from January 18 to 20 in Zagreb. With almost 100 exhibitors from 13 countries, including Croatia, China, India, Turkey, Italy and Lithuania, the event showcases diverse offerings from tourism boards, hotel chains, camping equipment suppliers and airlines.

January 18 marks B2B day, exclusively for accredited individuals, focusing on business-to-business interactions. On Saturday and Sunday, January 19 and 20, the shift is towards B2C, welcoming the public for free between 10am-7pm.

Visitors on public days can attend presentations and panel discussions covering topics such as travel for those with disabilities or travelling with pets, as well as testimonial presentations from those who have documented some of their more interesting journeys. Croatian TV presenter Aleksandar Stanković will speak about his motorcycle adventures, while others will talk about where best to go for a Safari experience in Africa or their impressions of destinations such as Sudan and Papua New Guinea.

This diverse range of exhibitors and engaging sessions make Place2Go an enticing opportunity for both industry professionals and the general public to explore and connect within the tourism sector – one which defines the modern Croatian economy. More information can be found here.
