Edward Norton to appear at Ponta Lopud Film Festival

Hollywood icon Edward Norton is confirmed to appear at the Ponta Lopud Film Festival on an idyllic island near Dubrovnik between June 20-24. The three-time Oscar-nominated star will be holding a masterclass for everyone involved in the event, before working specifically with a select group of eight actors from across former Yugoslavia.

Now in its third year, the festival takes place on Lopud, one of the Elaphiti Islands, a popular day-trip destination from Dubrovnik. Previous invitees have included Frances McDormand and Joel Coen of the Coen Brothers. Norton is best known for his starring roles in American History X and, most recently, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

Also appearing will be Polish cinematographer Ula Pontikos, whose CV includes the much acclaimed feature, Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool.
