Taking place by the lake at Zagreb’s Bundek park, the seasonal Pop Up Summer Garden offers visitors a varied programme until July 7. Daily until midnight, you can sip a cocktail, soak in the sun, enjoy live music or a DJ set, join an outdoor yoga class or catch a film.
TAIKA BY SHERPA will be serving delicious burgers with truffles, while meat-free delicacies are being provided by Sana. You can also support local artists by purchasing one of their pieces at the Garden’s Design Corner.
June 9 will see the first of six popular films being screened free of charge, featuring Oscar-nominated Barbie. Later movies include A Dog’s Journey, Encanto, Napoleon, Wonka and Guardians of the Galaxy 3. A full breakdown of the schedule, plus workshop reservations, can be found on the event's Facebook page.
Dog owners can look forward to Dog Day, where the OHANA pet shop will bring a range of high-quality snacks and products for four-legged friends, while a workshop aims to help dogs and their owners better understand one another.
Entry to the Summer Garden is free, though some workshops are paid-for. Bring blankets and cushions if you plan on staying later into the evening.
