Following a €3.6 million investment from the EU, the City of Pula and the Croatian Ministry of Regional Development, a major new business centre has just been unveiled in Istria’s capital. Comprising office spaces, a large communal area and a 120-capacity hall, Coworking Pula should help foster entrepreneurship in Istria, allowing local enterprises and start-ups to flourish.

Operating under the motto ‘Enjoy. Connect. Create.’, this stark white cube-shaped building stands out from the ones around it on Marulićeva, just south of the city centre. Coworking Pula should be ready for use by the end of 2023.

"I am glad that, as the new city administration, we continued one of the projects we inherited a year and a half ago,” said Pula Mayor Filip Zoričić. "It is a sign that together, regardless of politics, we can cooperate very well. I want us all to be really proud, because this is our future. The City of Pula now faces a new task, we must arrange Marulićeva and develop this part of the city.”

Coworking Pula, Marulićeva 5, 52100 Pula.
