Considered one of the most important gastronomic events in the world, the Weekend Food Festival is currently taking place in Rovinj. First organised at the Glyptothek in Zagreb in 2019, attracting some 15,000 visitors, this year’s Weekend Food Festival runs over four days at the Old Tobacco Factory near the waterfront.

Some of the biggest chefs and restaurateurs in Europe, including Massimo Botura of Osteria Francescana from Modena, Ana Roš of Hiša Franko in Slovenia and acclaimed Dane Rasmus Monk, will be among the guests.

Along with panel discussions and masterclasses, there will be coffee and cocktail presentations, and plenty of partying. The event runs until May 8.
