Beneath the Gradska Kavana is this large basement club decked out in modish greys and blacks. The sober and mature decor offers some kind of pointer to the club's target audience: young and not-so-young professionals who don't want to spend an evening in a smoky alternative dive but who don't particularly like posh cocktail bars either. Live jazz from Croatia and abroad is VIP's leitmotif, although there are plenty of other concerts going on (hip hop, mainstream rock and even classical chamber music). DJs entertain the crowd nightly with an eclectic range of dance-floor fillers. It's also the venue for the occasional English-language stand-up comedy night, under the London Calling banner.
