When the owners named their restaurant the Bella Vista, they knew what they were doing. Instead, the Bella Vista concentrates on the bounty of the sea way down below, mussels, scampi, shellfish of all sorts, served grilled, in soups, in white-wine sauce, every which way, in fact.
