Time Out says

The Bruna was named after a wealthy benefactor who patronised the hotel during the lean war years. There’s an international edge to the menu, with dishes such as duck and lamb rubbing shoulders with more traditional Dalmatian treats such as pašticada and grilled fish. Asparagus, Beaujolais or truffles appear in season and guest chefs spice up special events.
