The best spot for coffee in town, L’Angelique opened in 2007. The beans, organic Arabica, are imported direct from farms in Bolivia, the Galapagos and Ethiopia, and you can taste the difference. Inside has a French feel: a swirl of marble; a glass case with mouth-watering (and GM-free) home-made cakes; and a few abstract paintings. There are two terraces, one by the front door, the other behind the belltower. Owner Tomislav Maslać’s mean cocktails complement tap beers and local wines.
