Molto

Tucked between residential blocks in a pedestrianized walkway that leads off the northern side of Vlaška, Molto serves up Mediterranean cuisine in a soothingly beige contemporary interior. Pastas, pizzas and large salads form the backbone of the menu and are uniformly satisfying and well-presented. For something more quirkily Croatian, try the crni ravioli ('black ravioli'; big pouches of squid-ink pasta stuffed with cheese and shrimp; 55kn); or the Istarski pljukanci (doughy pasta twizzles with a truffle sauce; 70kn).
